I love getting super crisp heathy fries in my air fryer so fast, easy super tasty and better than frying in oil, here’s how I do it:
Ingredients:
2 sweet potatoes peeled and cut in long strips about 1/4” thick
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
pinch of salt
small bunch fresh parsley chopped super fine
Place your cut potatoes in a bowl drizzle with oil then add the dry ingredients and toss so all of them are coated. Set your air fryer to 400 and place the fries in the basket, don’t overcrowd or stack them they should lie flat, cook in batches if necessary. Cook for 15 mins, half way through shake the basket to move them. I like to sprinkle them with fresh chopped parsley at the end and serve with your favorite dipping sauce. I made vegan creamy garlic dressing with dollop of sriracha sauce mixed in for some heat.
